T-Town, are you ready for mouth-watering barbeque? We’ve got just what you’re looking for! Join thousands, as they sample and vote for their favorite barbeque from our teams competing in the 2012 People’s Choice category, Saturday, September 22nd, 2012.

Purchase your taster kit for only $10
Sales begin on Saturday @ 11:00am and will close promptly at 1:00pm
Sampling 11:30am – 2pm (No People’s Choice Taste Testing allowed before 11:30am.)
Competition meats come off the grill at the following times:
Sausage (open category) • 11:30am
Chicken • 12:00pm
Pork Ribs • 12:30pm
Pork Butt • 1:00pm
Beef Brisket • 1:30pm

Teams participating in the People’s Choice category will be identified by a large PEOPLE’S CHOICE sign. The signs will read TEAM # AND PEOPLE’S CHOICE. Please do not disturb teams not participating in People’s Choice. Bite size samples are distributed to those folks who purchased a People’s Choice Taster Kit for $10.00. MAKE YOUR VOTE COUNT by marking your ballot and turning it in at the voting table. Winners will be announced during the awards ceremony Saturday, Sept 21st, 2013 after the competition.
